Shipping
· All orders placed by 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day, subject to carriers’ schedules, we are currently using FedEx as our main shipper.
· Parts stock orders over $225 will be freight free, orders under $225 will have a flat fee of $13.95, subject to the following exemptions:
1. Residential fees may be applicable to deliveries to your location. These are assessed by the carrier in addition to normal shipping, and we have no control over them. These could be because of a lack of a full time storefront or distance from the delivery hub. If you wish to challenge your classification, please consult with your FedEx driver.
2. Engines, equipment and large accessories are not covered under parts rules and will be charged actual shipping amounts including applicable fees.
3. Heavy, bulky and oversized objects that require special packaging, or multiple packages may require additional charges. This could apply to, but is not limited to: Oil, tires, mower blades, tire chains
· Backorders will be shipped and are subject to freight charges, unless instructed by you.
· Special orders will be handled on an individual basis and are subject to the Manufacturer’s freight policies (next day, second day, drop ships, small order fees, factory freight). Once placed with the manufacturer they are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
· Any return Must be requested within 1 month of invoiced date and may be subject to a restocking charge.
