Refund policy

KIMBER'S, INC. RETURN POLICY                                                  

Kimber's always tries to be as flexible as possible with our return policies, but at the same time Kimber's must follow the return policies handed down to us by our suppliers. We understand how vital returns are to our customers, especially in today's difficult business climate. It is more important than ever to maintain a current, fast-moving parts inventory. The following are the current policies outlined by our parts suppliers. They are subject to change at any time. This is not for Kimber's whole-goods lines which will be covered in the individual current dealer programs. Thank you very much for always supporting Kimber's.

 

· Any return Must be requested within 1 month of invoiced date and may be subject to a restocking charge

 

· No return on electrical items or special order items

 

 

Returned Merchandise must have prior authorization. Call Kimber's Inc. for an RGA#. No credit will be issued without an RGA#.

Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.

The RGA# must be included with the merchandise

Merchandise must be in NEW, PACKAGED and SALEABLE condition and is subject to a restocking charge

 

 

Inspect your orders immediately and notify Kimber's Inc. of any discrepancies
